So much going on!

This is me holding a one-day old baby, Sean Patrick. How adorable he is! 9lbs, 13 oz. And so cute! Yeah, when she asked me if I wanted to hold him, I said yes. I got to hold Baby JJ when he was, I think, five days old. I guess I actually am getting more comfortable with the little ones. Oh, yeah, and Frankie when she was only a few days old, too. Wow, I held them all at less than a week old! I guess I am better! Maybe it has something to do with the fact that mine are growing up so fast! Rebekah will be four on the 28th! And Jess will be six in April. SIX! No way! I just had her! It does not seem that long.

We have had a full day today and it is only 3pm! The mall had a Breakfast with the Easter Bunny program on today. A craft, free breakfast from McDonalds, visit the Easter Bunny and a nice man making balloon animals. There was a woman doing face painting, too. It was all free! The girls had a great time! We went with their friend Zack and his parents (my friends). The kids had a lot of fun, but it was crowded, so we left after a little while. Then we went to Mulligan's. There was hardly anybody there! We went on the bumper boats, the go-karts, we played lazer tag and miniature golf. Very fun, but we were there until about 1pm and it was getting really warm. We got a little pink from being in the sun and we were all getting thirsty and tired. But a good time was had by all!

And now, for pictures of our Buddy. He is a very good kitty. Except when Jess and Bekah were at my dad's overnight on Wednesday, Buddy was lonely. Jess was not in her bed to sleep next to, so he came in our room. Apparently Buddy has been sleeping during the day, so does not need to sleep at 1am. He was awake. Wide awake. And he wanted to play fetch. He will bring the paper ball back ten or more times before he gets bored with this game. Better than either dog. He waits for you to throw the ball and hauls butt over the side of the bed to retrieve it. Hilarious. He is a good kitty and pretty smart, too. Jess does really well with him. Bekah, not so much. She won't stop picking him up and, though he is very patient with her, sometimes she ends up on the wrong end of a claw. I think it is mostly accidental, when they are playing. He is very sweet and good about not scratching the girls. But I want her to learn to be nice to the cat! Anyway, he is a love and has already wiggled his way into our hearts. It wasn't hard.
